'The hotel staff were great especially the manager Cloyd ! He went out of his way to welcome us and help us in several ways. This guy deserves a raise and a promotion! I hear he even has a long commute to the hotel, showing dedication and commitment!'

'All of the staff was exceptional! The night manager, Lane, was extremely helpful when our car broke down and we arrived 8 hrs behind schedule. The free breakfast was great, but the addition of the free limited buffet from 5:30-7:00, with 3 cocktails per person was EXCEPTIONAL! Our 1 play day there we walked to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame--we were there 4 hrs!! And we also toured the USS Cod Submarine.'

'The hotel itself was so lovely, nowhere to eat within walking distance really...not on a weekend anyway. So we just ate the the restaurant in the hotel and it was delicious!'
