'The rooms were extremely clean and the lobby, bar and breakfast area were also very clean. I gave it four stars because everyone that works there was not rude or unhelpful but nobody was happy to be there. No one is smiling and no one really greets you unless you say good morning or greet them. For me, nothing is more important than cleanliness, and I have to say that the hotel overall was very clean.'

'We stayed in the "Bayard" house. It was 3 floors with a bedroom and bathroom on floor 2 and 3. On the first floor was the sitting area with small kitchen area. No oven. It is small cute and cozy. AC works really well. There is no parking by the house. We needed to walk about 3 minutes park at the Inn.'

'The front desk staff was very nice and competent . Property clean , including lobby area. Breakfast was just continental . Cleaning service was not really great. Even after leaving the make up room card on door ( something you have to remember to do if you want it ) they did not service the room anyhow . I had to ask for a soap refill, towels and toilet paper. Soap was not filled upon arrival . Front office staff was super attentive but that actually should be done without having to ask. Overall...

'Very quiet, rooms spacious, beds comfortable, location makes it very easy to get to shopping, dining, attractions ( Longwood Gardens). Breakfast is exceptionally good with omelets made to order, ceramic plates, real utensils, cloth napkins.'
