'We hebben heerlijk genoten van alle goede zorgen. Rustige kamers, schoon, en zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. Wel stond de verwarming te hoog maar dat was op te lossen. Hoewel er op de badkamer een briefje hing met het verzoek niet onnodig de handoeken te laten vervangen en zo te helpen om het milieu te sparen, werden deze toch ieder dag door het kamermeisje vervangen. 'Tendo a dare due opportunità, errare è umano, ma questo gestore è davvero scorretto e spocchioso. Prenoto per le notti tra il 19 e 21 settembre. Mi presento in struttura, chiamo il numero davanti alla porta e mi viene comunicato che sono stato spostato in un'altra loro struttura, li vicino. Mi dice al telefono che sono 200 metri, in realtà sono 500, nella direzione opposta alla mia destinazione. La scelta della struttura era fatta per la posizione. 'This hotel was amazing! I highly, highly recommend it. The hotel itself is very nice. Working elevator, rooms were small but updated and extremely clean. The breakfast was excellent. The area is excellent. But the most wonderful thing about this hotel is the staff! Everyone at this hotel is exceptional, from the front desk, to the servers. 'Amazing resort with beautiful spas. Staff were great. Room was beautiful and totally spotless. There were a couple miscommunications though. We made reservations at the hotel restaurant for 8pm and got a call from the front desk around 745 telling us we had reservations at 730 and that they were fully booked from 8-9 and to come down asap, but there was only a couple other people in the restaurant when we got there, so not sure what that was about.
