'Our stay at the Greenhouse Villa was perfect to say the least. The house was incredible, beautifully decorated, exactly as described. There was plenty of room for my family of seven. The grounds were gorgeous with so much family history. Paolina was the perfect host, she helped us plan a pizza party on the property along with her very own gelato quiz. It was the perfect evening. We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to staying here again in the future. The Smith...

'Terras, woonkamer, en 3 tweepersoons slaapkamers en de tuin zijn allen zeer ruim, gelegen in een soort natuurgebied, dus veel rust. Toegangsweg gaat via de manege met een toegangspoort die de eigenaren kunnen openen met een afstandsbediening. Na aankomst konden wij de afstandsbediening blijven gebruiken. De keuken is oud en klein. Er is een WII voor spellen, een barbecue, en genoeg bedden en stoelen bij het zwembad. In de buurt is een restaurant (Grillo) en een tennisbaan en een barretje waar je...

'Villa Lucia was very pretty and spacious. Communication was very good and they were super courteous. It is a more quiet neighborhood closer to Como but further from other areas such as Bellagio, etc. there are a few local restaurants nearby but no nearby groceries. Three bathrooms were very helpful, the terraces could have been a little more clean. Otherwise, I highly recommend. '

'This property is absolutely beautiful. Our family consisted of 6 adults and 4 children ages 11-16 and the accommodations worked perfectly. There is a large pool, game room, and movie room - perfect for all ages. The villa has a lot of history associated with it and we could not have picked a better place to create our memories of Italy. 'Villa Martina was the perfect place for our family stay in July. The views of Lake Como are absolutely stunning and having a private boat dock out back made it even more special. The villa is spacious with multiple suites on different levels, giving everyone room to relax. We loved that there were great restaurants just a short walk away. A truly amazing experience from start to finish.'

Check-in with Jennifer was very helpful and check out was just as smooth. It's very close to all main attractions, restaurants, and lake. Driving up to the villa can be a little tight, but just take your time....

'Fantastically equipped and freshly renovated apartment. Beautiful view of Lake Como. The host was very friendly and helped information. The parking hill was a little steep and tight but other than that, the room was fantastic. 20 minute drive to either Como or Bellagio. Toys for the kids to play with and fully equipped kitchen minus a coffee maker. Highly recommended!!!'

'I put this view from the Villa in the top three most beautiful experiences my eyes have ever taken in anywhere in the world. I could sit on the pool deck forever. The Villa it self is everything anyone could ask for in a home. It is new, has everything, is a 15 minute walk (5 min drive) down the hill to the supermarket. I cannot imagine anyone staying here and saying that it wasn't perfect. It will make you think about moving to Chernobbio. '
