Flats in Noord-Florida

'Loved the location and the view!'

'Double edged sword with this property. Great location-our unit could easily see the Beach but it was above Shelby’s bar and grill and on the corner of a very busy intersection. So convenient to beach, restaurants and shopping but loud. The air conditioner really needs upgrading. There was a portable unit in the bedroom that was very loud. Ok for white noise and drowning out traffic but it wouldn’t stay on!'

'We had a great stay. The place was beautiful and had great views of the harbor. It was also located close to everywhere we wanted to go. I loved it. It was clean and very well maintained. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!'

'The property was amazing. The host was excellent and was very communicative about everything. 10/10 stay'

'The place was soo cute and clean, the bed was comfortable. Everything there that you need'

'Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Semen stains on sheets we washed before we slept on them most came out old old washer and dryer made lots of noise Other than that all was good'

'Location was great, close to restaurants and shops plus on the beach. Really enjoyed having the chairs/umbrella included as well which made getting to the beach with both kids much easier. Will be back!'

'Minutes to the beach, quiet neighborhood, everything needed for a holiday getaway. Easy check-in / check out and the owner was extremely kind and responsive. We would easily choose to stay here next time we visit.'

'Cute little place, the girls enjoyed it. It does get a little warm upstairs plumbing in the bathtub was not great standing water when you take a shower but overall it was a cute little place and I wouldn’t mind staying again.'

'We had a wonderful stay at Luau! The room was very clean and worked perfect for a short stay. The beach was just a short walk away. We especially appreciated having access to the owner’s storage area with beach chairs, an umbrella, a boogie board, and a wagon to take all of our things down to the beach easily. That saved us a lot of money instead of renting equipment. The resort area was vast and lively, yet also very quiet and private. Tufan had great communication and provided helpful...

'Great place to stay! Easy access to everything. We love the pool!'

'Overall our stay at this condo was really good. The location is nice with an easy walk to the beach. We do enjoy sitting on the balcony and people watching or seeing the ocean, and at this condo the palm trees blocked much of our view. However, it was clean and check in/out was easy. We also enjoy cooking to save some money, so having some BBQ utensils would have come in handy. Overall, this is the best condo that we have stayed at since starting our trips to Gulf Place!'
