« Covered parking, saved money, small but clean and nice room, comfy bed, hotel bar, restaurant. Overall I was very pleased. I usually stay in one of the big chain hotels, but I’d happily choose this place again. The staff was the most pleasant and welcoming I have encountered in years. I felt bad not eating breakfast after being greeted by the lady I assume was a server. Looking forward to next time! »

« I was there for the Big Sugar gravel ride, and the staff was so accommodating - let me keep my bike in my room and also let me clean up and change in a locker room area after I'd checked out. It was convenient to bike to the start on the pathway. Also, I noticed (too late to use!) the bike wash station outside. I didn't have a chance to use all of the facilities, restaurant, etc. but it all seemed great. »

« Cela fait deux hotels du groupe Whyndam en deux jours ou je passe une tres mauvaise nuit. Je me suis fait avoir par la nite sur hotels.com qui semblait tres convenable. La chambre etait en tres mauvaise etat et etait sale. Tapisserie qui se decroche, la ventilation de la salle bain qui se déclenchait avec la lumiÚre ainsi que la climatisation faisaient tellement de bruit que je n'ai pas pu les utiliser. Etat de propreté de la chambre inacceptable. Voir photos ci-joint. Je serais reconnaissant...

We originally booked a double bed cabin that was in our price range for our little family trip just my husband and 16 month old and they upgraded us to a king bed and the best cabin they had for free.
