'Excellent staff , clean room'

'Room clean upon checkin, but if you want clean towels, trash emptied or more Kleenex, you have to ask at the desk! Wonder what the $ is going to for the room!? Also door to room is old, huge light gaps come thru when closed.'

'Stayed at the Hampton Inn Norwich and really liked the location—just a short drive from both Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods Resort Casino. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was a nice bonus with decent options. Great spot if you’re planning a casino trip but want a quieter, more affordable place to stay nearby.'

'Wij hadden de kleinste kamer geboekt tegen een hele scherpe prijs. Het bed was uiterst comfortabel. Geen koelkast of waterkoker, maar roomservice bracht gratis ijs om de drankjes te koelen. Erg mooie faciliteiten, zoals een verwarmd buitenzwembad. Prettig dat er ook badjassen op de kamer hingen, zodat je echt als 'spa-gast' door de accommodatie kon lopen. '

'Nice location. Breakfast is Nice. I would Prefer to have more opportuniteit to manage the airconditioning in The room, not only temperature and on/off. But thats a minor detail. Felt very welcome and plenty parking space and a good bed.'

'Great price for area. Easy to get to lots of parking large room and it was clean. Rooms are showing wear but I only care about cleanliness. Guy at check in was very nice and we got our room early. Only downside was no in room coffee maker as expected and we didn’t have washcloths had to use the towels but it did its job as a cheap place to stay for casinos.'

'The bed was bumpy, and also the pillows, they never in the three days to stay, made the bed or change the pillows, clean the room, not even empty the garbage in the trashcan. The breakfast didn’t have felt fresh, the coffee tasted burnt, and the pastries were old'
