This custom-built home boasts five bedrooms and three and a half baths, providing ample space for a comfortable and cozy stay.
The main floor of the home features an open concept design, with easy flow throughout the living room, kitchen, and dining room. This layout allows for a spacious and inviting gathering area where you can relax, cook, and dine together. The lower level of the rental property offers even more space for relaxation and entertainment. Here, you'll find a bunk room, perfect for kids or additional guests, and an additional bedroom with a queen bed. The basement also features a game room, equipped with a TV, foosball and shuffle board. This area is an excellent spot for unwinding after a day on the slopes, playing games, or watching your favorite movies.
With its proximity to Sunday River Ski Resort and the spacious and well-appointed layout of this home provides an ideal base for an enjoyable and memorable ski vacation in Newry, Maine. Remember we are in the mountains of Maine and the snow we hope for all year can make travel more difficult. We recommend all or 4 wheel drive in the winter season. The roads and driveway are professionally maintained but guests may find travel difficult without it. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is pressed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
