BEDROOMS
The master suite features a king bed, full en suite bath, a seating area with beautiful views, and a dedicated workspace. The second and third bedrooms each have queen beds. The fourth bedroom offers two queen beds, and the fifth is a bunk room with two full-over-queen bunks — great for kids or extra guests.

BATHROOMS
Three full bathrooms, including the master en suite, so a full house never means a wait.

KITCHEN, DINING & GREAT ROOM
A well-stocked kitchen with plenty of glassware and supplies for a large group, opening onto a dining and living area built for togetherness. Guests love the open floor plan — easy to spread out, easy to gather.

Dining table seats 8, plus 4 bar stools at the island. Enjoy the light-filled living room with floor-to-ceiling windows blending indoor comfort with the surrounding woods.

GAME ROOM
A dedicated hangout space for rainy days or post-hike downtime — pool table, Xbox, two arcade games, board games, a big TV, oversized couch and beanbag chairs. Perfect for kids, watching sports, or a family movie night.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Relax in the 7-person hot tub, grill up dinner on the gas grill, eat at the outdoor dining table, or unwind in the Adirondack chairs around the fire pit — perfect for evening gatherings and roasting marshmallows under the stars.

Guest access: Self check-in via smart lock. Free parking on premises for multiple vehicles.

Good to know: Travel insurance is highly recommended. Ring camera faces the driveway. A signed rental agreement with house rules (including full pet policy) is required at booking.
