The enclosed bedroom provides a King bed, while a spiral staircase leads to a loft with a Queen Murphy bed. The arrangement gives up to four guests two distinct sleeping areas within a compact property.

The ferry carries pedestrians, bicycles, and vehicles across Newport Harbor to Balboa Island. What begins as transportation becomes part of the day, with the island's shops, restaurants, and waterfront paths waiting on the other side.

The Balboa Ferry connects the neighborhood with Balboa Island, while rideshare services and taxis are available for destinations throughout Newport Beach and Orange County.

John Wayne Airport is approximately 20 minutes away under typical traffic conditions. Travel time can vary with traffic.

Stairs and loft access

Harbor Retreat is an upper-level apartment reached by stairs. The loft sleeping area is accessed by a spiral staircase and may not suit young children, guests with limited mobility, or anyone uncomfortable using narrow stairs.



Bathroom access

The property's only full bathroom is ensuite to the primary bedroom. Guests sleeping in the loft must pass through the bedroom to reach it.



Occupancy

Harbor Retreat accommodates no more than four registered guests. Sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the enclosed bedroom and a Queen Murphy bed in the loft.
