« I can’t speak more highly of a rental property! The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything. Communication was so efficient and host response times were very quick and easy. Check in was so easy. The house was spotless. Good showers, plenty of towels, the beds were so comfortable. We loved the patio for morning coffee and sunshine and evening dinners. A must stay if you are going to Balboa Island or Newport Beach area! So grateful for our family time away! »

« Note to future renters: there are no ceiling fans. If you're someone who likes to have air moving, pack a travel size fan.There are also no tvs in the bedrooms.The living room is okay. 1 comfy couch and 2 sitting chairs. If you're group is larger than 3 it's not a great community area, but it's the only chill option.
