Beautiful setting, very disappointing service
The property location, the layout and the amenities are nice. There are somethings that affected our stay and we tried to work with the Vacasa service to have them resolved but nothing was done. There were wasps in the two smaller bedrooms. One of our family members is allergic to wasps. We asked them to send someone to address it so we could use the rooms and we were told my vacasa that the owners didnât want wasp spray used so there was nothing they could do. So we couldnât use the small room. There was a pull out couch in the living room which was in good condition but it meant having to do and undo the bed daily which we were trying to avoid by renting a place with enough bedrooms. When we first arrived one of the lightbulbs went out leading up the steps to the upstairs. I asked Vacasa if they could come change it. They said they would and no one ever came. Last - the second night, the bed frame in the master bedroom collapsed. We were able to put it back together but we then felt like we had to be super careful in how we slept in the bed for the rest of the visit. It was clear the bed frame was already worn and repaired in places. It was fairly well cleaned. There was some mouse poop next to bed in the master bedroomOverall, cool place but donât expect any help with issues that arise. The service tries to be friendly and helpful but they hVe zero info on the location and even if they say the âlocal teamâ will come to help, there is no follow through.
