Upscale Cottage On The Atlantic Ocean, Feet in Sand

This charming home was built in 2004 (upgraded in 2024) with a lot of attention to detail. The Atlantic Ocean is just steps from the door of this upscale seaside cottage located on Plum Island Beach. All rooms have large windows that face the ocean that allow in the gentle sea breezes and ocean sounds-- there is nothing like ocean waves providing the soundtrack for your vacation! The house is equipped with central air, a cooks kitchen, and sectional sleep sofa all blend quite well in the open concept on the first floor. The entertainment center includes a DVD player & receiver. First floor also includes a bedroom with a queen size bed, and a 3/4th bathroom. Upstairs is a master suite concept with full size laundry.

Enjoy the panoramic views or soak up the sun from the skylights. The master bath includes a 3 person whirlpool tub and walk in shower. Steps from the king size bed is a private deck that is perfect for morning coffee. There is also a small office nook/ area on the backside of the upstairs bathroom that has a queen air mattress if needed. One step outside the door and off the porch there is a large private sanded area that allows for any beach games, relaxing or cooking out that you desire. Walk right out the front door to the public beach where you are free to embark in more beach activity or take a swim! If Stairs are Not available and there is no access there is is a public beach access a few houses to the left as well as another access a little further to the right. The house is designed for 6 adults. It can hold more. But there are 2 real beds 1 sofa bed and a queen air mattress. Well behaved dogs upon request but no other house pets will be allowed.

Newburyport is only a 5 minute drive which has many fantastic restaurants, shops, and activities. There truly is something for everyone on a Plum Island getaway!

The house was great! Very clean and a nice bed to lay our heads. There were many accommodations, we unfortunately didnt have time to use since we were on a tight schedule but we would definitely stay here again! The best part was being right on the water! Also so close to town and great shops.

The location was beautiful - right on the beach but still within a few minutes drive of the downtown area with plenty of shopping and dining options. The pet-friendly aspect was a huge plus for us, and our two senior dogs also enjoyed their stay and first times experiencing the beach & ocean.

What a great place to chill

Can’t say enough about this property! If it’s four adults or a small family you can’t beat this place!! You have all the chairs, fire pit , and the grill when you get back from the beach👍🇺🇸. This place has it all and is well stocked in the kitchen too. Loved it!!!!!

Incredible View!

House is right on the water with an amazing sunrise view every morning. Walking distance to 2 little stores and The Beachcomber which has amazing food and drinks. Kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook or grill outside. Highly recommend this beautiful beach cottage

The house fit our needs well. Could use some cosmetic fixes but that didn’t interfere without fun. Bestie loved the jetted tub upstairs. Loved to hear the ocean at night falling asleep. Enjoyed being able to step out the door right onto the beach.

Failed Beach Access & Property! . Owner Absent & Should Full Refund Immediately-Must Fix imediately

This was our 2nd stay in 2 years. First stay was great but this stay was horrid! Beach access washed away, protective beach fence gone, gas outdoor fireplace gone, house in terrible ill-repair. Owner is absent and didn’t care to address any of our concerns when we contacted them during our stay. We paid a great deal of money for a failed stay and failed property. The owner should reimburse our full payment immediately and make safety repairs We are 14+ year VRBO Premier Waterfront Property Hosts and ABB Súper Hosts with 400+ 5 Star Reviews. We would never dare ask for payment for such a failed property with failed waterfront access. We would never refuse to address our guests concerns like has been done here. We would immediately refund our guests if we had so grossly misrepresented our property like what has happened here. We also recommended important safety repairs 2 years ago at the property and they have never been addressed in 2 years! When we contacted the host during this stay about no access to the beach and no protective fence from the beach that was here 2 years ago and at every other property and he didn’t care and did nothing to address these major property failures. The only acceptable resolution would be a full refund and immediate resolution of the failed property issues including :installation: of steps to beach, protective property fence at waterfront side, outdoor gas fireplace, property safety and maintenance repairs,etc.
