This privately owned unit is furnished with all the latest updates and comes with everything that you need for a wonderful, memorable stay in historic New Smyrna Beach. The penthouse is equipped with a double balcony, accessible through the bedroom and living room, the balcony faces the ocean. You will be able to sleep soundly with sounds of the ocean waves. This condo is within walking distance of historical Flagler avenue, which has many shops, versatile restaurants, and taverns. Ample parking is provided, as well as security on staff 24/7. Great Spot

We had a very nice stay. Unfortunately the weather wasn't that great and it was chilly. We still went to the beach. We just couldn't swim. Our room was amazing. It was well equipped with anything that we may possibly need. It was nice and clean and we definitely felt safe at our location.

Could have been better

The 2 coffee pots and the toaster were dirty and most likely should be replaced. The very unusual bathroom sink was not convenient for every day use and dripped onto the counter top when in use. The hot water was quite a challenge if we wanted to take a hot shower. The air conditioner was so loud during night we couldn’t use it while sleeping.

This condo has a nice view of the ocean and you can hear the waves. It has everything you need for eating there and there are great restaurants nearby.You can walk to Flagler Avenue easily. The host makes sure everything is great!
