'One night stay here after staying at their sister hotel in Raleigh. The property itself is fine but no atmosphere compared to Raleigh. Easy parking, clean and comfortable room. Not much to do within walking distance, except a burger takeaway. We tried to walk to a nearby microbrewery. It should've been a 5 minute walk, but we found it impossible to cross the 6-lane highway in front of the motel so gave up and went back to our room. 'Cabin was nicely arranged and had most amenities needed. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom which was unfortunate. We enjoyed the gas log fireplace. A repairs are needed: microwave door is significantly cracked, the back left stove burner does not work and the ceiling needs some places repaired in a couple areas. There were plenty of clean linens and blankets. We would certainly book with them again.'
