This cottage is right on the Comal River with direct river access and many luxury features, including:

Full kitchen with modern appliances, Keurig coffee maker and granite counter tops
Queen size beds with luxury linens, pillows and towels
Flat screen HD TV's in Living Room and Bedrooms (DVD in bedrooms)Queen size sleeper sofa in living room

This beautiful property also has three private, concrete swim-outs and three shared charcoal BBQ areas with plenty of lawn and chairs for lounging!

Bringing a furry friend along? No problem! Our optional pet service is available for just $25.00 per day for dogs under 40 lbs and $40.00 per day for dogs over 40 lbs. A one-time $35 cleaning fee applies for additional cleaning inside the cottage. Yard cleanup is not included.

We’ve stayed at a few different properties along the comal over the years but this one is by far the best. Location is great, property is clean and quiet and management was very helpful. We stayed here with friends and family who rented the other units and we were able to open the doors and move between the units which was a pleasant surprise. We will definitely be back.

Excellent stay

We loved the property, with private river access and nice mature trees. It was lovely. The cottage itself was extremely clean and well maintained, with everything you might need. It is very well located with several restaurants nearby, and a place to rent tubes for the river right next door. We loved our stay and can’t wait to go back!! We had our doggie with us and he really enjoyed it too, especially hanging out in the river.

Great house, great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the property. The proximity to the river is great. The area was peaceful in the evening. Easy walk to downtown restaurants and shops. Easy drive to Gruen and all the great shops and restaurants there. Will definitely stay here again if we come back that way.

Great location! Very nice & clean cottage. I must say I don’t think it should be advertised as a sleeps 6 because the sofa bed is broken and is very uncomfortable. The parking isn’t that great! It is a bit pricey but as I stated it is nice and the beds are comfortable, except the sofa bed. The grounds are beautiful and well kept.

Awesome location!

We planned a day of tubing and a day at the water park. The location of the cabin was prime for all of our activities! The cabins are so cute! The plants make it a neat little hideaway and the river right out the back door adds to the scenery! We loved it! Our family does a river trip every year and we have all agreed this is where we want to stay from here on out!

Comal Cottages is the place to stay

My family and I rented an adorable Comal Cottage last week It was perfect, great location right next to Texas Tubs, we had our own, but we walked 30 seconds over to Texas Tubs and rented 1 so that my hubby could get on the bus at the end of our float and go get the truck to pick us up The cottage was adorable and clean, I had a small problem with the dead bolt and they fixed it within 20 minutes of me asking Will stay there again and again You can’t get any better than the lovely Comal cottages 403B Kimberly 3 boys and my hubby
