'Het positive aan dit hotel is dat het aan de overkant van de straat ligt van pretpark Kings Dominion. Verder was het een wat kleine kamer. De kamer was vies en er hing een vreemde geur in het hotel. Met vies bedoel ik dat de oude contactlenzen van de vorige gast nog op de vloer lagen. Ook vonden we oude bier dopjes en zaten er vlekken op de vloer. Daarnaast waren de kamers erg gehorig en konden zowel de mensen naast ons als boven ons horen. '

'BED BUGS! I chose this hotel of the convenience for our tournament weekend, and it turned into one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We found bed bugs in our room after already settling in. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Yes, the hotel switched us to another room, but once you find bed bugs, the damage is done. Instead of enjoying the weekend, we spent the rest of the trip stressed about our luggage, clothes, and possibly bringing bugs home with us. Travelers coming for events...

'I love the TRU by Hilton chain! The hotels are fresh and looking modern and young. They’re clean and are also focused on younger people who do remote working. I always book a hotel from that chain and the one in Ashland was no exception. Breakfast is typically US, so not the best but super bad either.'
