Location de vacances de particulier à Naucalpan

« Great location, modern, clean and quiet rooms. Courteous staff. suggestions: Bathroom door didn’t work. They seemed completely unaware which is disappointing considering number of rooms and how obvious the issue was. They offer another bedroom but didn’t have the view/balcony of first one. Provide Local TV channels, everything was YouTube, Spotify and paid apps. »

« i had an insane 8 or 9 days with their AI "nomi". they put a 100 charge that made no sense on the day i was leaving. the AI is amazing at saying one thing and then saying exactly the opposite. at no point could they ever tell me what the charge was for and despite saying this was a high priority, i couldn't talk to a human or get an answer. »

« We are a multi generation family celebrating Christmas & 80th birthday. Aside from a few hiccups, our stay was enjoyable & our memories of Mexico City will last forever. The size of the duplex was perfect. All the teens had their own space. Restaurants, parks, entertainment were within easy walking. »

« Room was clean and the hospitality was incredible. You couldn’t expect otherwise in Mexico! »
