'The Gramercy is beautiful. The gardens are peaceful and lovely. The room (Camelot) and common areas are charming and decorated with interesting pieces. I enjoyed the architecture and many of the pieces and furniture. Breakfast was wonderful! It was a wonderful stay!'

'Lack of good customer service: when requested items during your stay, they never come. Loud noises coming from other visitors staying; reported the noise complaint, but nothing happened. Had to leave a day early because of the noise and couldn’t sleep.'

'Room was clean and all in room amenities operational. Staff was quite pleasant and helpful. There was more than enough parking, not an issue. Breakfast was okay. It seems they weren't fully prepared, or they cook just enough in batches so that nothing was wasted. Please have more than one type of juice, one that is non acidic works well. Overall, I would go back.'

'Beautiful spacious rooms with a mini kitchen that was already stalked with plates, cups, utensils, etc. The pool, gym, and outside seating area were all very nice, and the free breakfast was yummy. Staff were also very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.'
