'The room I got was a Jacuzzi room. The Jacuzzi did not work. The staff member did get me another room, thankfully. The staff were all very nice. That was the thing I like the most. it’s very outdated. The paint was peeling the vents over the hot tub did not work. When we turn the hot tub on the lights would dim. The water after filled was not hot not even warm at the end. I think if they updated a little bit, make sure everything was in working order. This would be a good place. I most likely...

'Beautiful property but there wasn’t extra toilet paper and Kleenex in the room and the bathroom shelf wasn’t secure. It was also pretty warm and we didn’t have individual control of our room temp. A mini fridge would have gone a long way. There was also no tea in the lobby. I would stay there again in the spring or fall. '

'Great hotel to stay at! We had an event at the DAC which was walking distance. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful! A cool, art deco vibe in the place. Rooms are tight. Hallways are dark. Both are part of the boutique vibe. The café in the lobby is great choice to pick up a coffee and light breakfast. We took our coffee outside to the relaxing garden with rod iron tables and chairs and enjoy the city in the morning. The Candy Bar is small, but very cool place to go for a drink!'

'We had a fine time when we were actually staying at this hotel; however, I left an item behind but had to call a bunch of times to try and get it back. The staff were extremely unhelpful and very rude~ Condescending, telling me they will call back but don't. As far as I'm concerned, this hotel STOLE from me and I will not be staying there again.
