« The carpet was filthy! The floors were so crooked and uneven I nearly fell upon entering the house. The front porch was falling apart and a real danger for anyone who carelessly leaned on the posts or screens - you could fall right out. The recessed lights and old AC units were falling out of the ceiling and the electrical outlets looked as if they had been on fire. The washer and dryer did not work and there was no outside trash can although we were instructed to put our trash in the outside...

« The house was great, had everything you needed to feel right at home. Nothing was too far away although when you pull up you feel like you’re in the middle of no where. The water views and beaches near by were wonderful. Check in and out process was easy. Such a fun relaxing experience. »

« House was very clean on inside but outside needs to be cleaned better. There were spider webs in all the bushes, edges of windows, & mailbox, which is right at front door. TV is not a smart TV & Chrome Cast is not available; it's only a regular TV so was a little disappointed (& the remote had been lost when we arrived. Rental agency wasn't aware of this or only regular TV was available.) Very quiet & nice walk to beach. »

« Three family groups - 5 adults and one toddler - lot of room so not on top of each other - we cooked in all weekend - nicely equipped kitchen, roomy dining table (also great for games and cards). Thoroughly enjoyed the porch room - beautiful view. Walked around the yard with the toddler - spacious. Used the kayaks - nice to have that option. Took some walks - nice area. « Our stay at Beach Daze was delightful. We had one sunny beach day, but filled the rest with golf cart rides, shopping, games, cooking, reading, and TV. The house is spacious allowing for separation and privacy as needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautifully renovated kitchen and baths (4!) as well as the outdoor shower. « Really great setup for two families. The golf carts and stand up paddle boards were a huge hit. Rooms were all nice and accommodating. Great views of the Cape Charles Lighthouse and kids enjoyed scooting around the quiet streets in the private neighborhood. We would definitely go back and stay here again! »

« The stay was great if you don’t mind cameras watching you. Propane tank was empty, couldn’t sit on balcony because straw would go up my ass from the crappy chairs. Stove top was dirty with mysterious fluid. It was what it was. Plenty to do in area. Plenty of undersize crab available- we threw them back. »
