This is a loft with a loft Layout. The Loft offers a spacious 2 bed , 2 bath layout and is approx 2500 sq ft on two levels. In total there are actually 3 total beds. A king size bed is in the upstairs master with an on suite bathroom, Queen bed in the 2nd upstairs bdr, 1 queen pull out sofa in the living room and air up mattress that can be provided upon request.

This a secure, keyed access to floor entry in a private building. Very safe and centrally located to all that Downtown Nashville has to offer.

The family room is comfortably furnished and features a 70” LED TV.

The gaming area provides a coin operated professional tournament Tornado Foosball table. Play what the pros play!

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities such as stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher & Keurig coffee maker. Island sink with bar seating. Tired of eating out? Grab what you need at the urban grocery around the corner and create your own private feast. All Wolfgang Puck pots, pans and utensils provided.

The lower level has a full laundry room with Samsung full size washer and dryer included.

The stairs leading up to the upper level are a one off, handmade fabrication by master bike builder Wild Bill. On the landing, is a cozy seating area featuring one of his creations that is a custom glass and billet handcrafted motorcycle wheel table. Other various works of art are featured throughout the unit.

The spacious master suite offers a king sleigh bed, 50” flat screen internet tv (surf the web on your tv), seating area, double vanities with glass vessel sinks, granite counter top, beautiful travetrine tile, large soaking tub, rain shower head and walk in closet.

The guest bedroom features a queen bed and 50” flat screen internet tv (surf the internet on your tv) and small closet.

Lofts at 203 is perfectly located directly on 2nd Ave just 1.5 blocks to Printer’s Alley, 2 blocks to Broadway & the Honky Tonk District, 3 blocks to Tennessee Performing Arts Center & 5th Ave Arts District, 4 blocks to the Bridgestone Arena & Nashville Symphony Bldg, 6 blocks to the new Convention Center. Just a 5 minute walk across the bridge to a Titans game makes this the perfect choice for a football weekend. So many of Nashville’s other hotspots are also close by. The Gulch, Germantown, East Nashville, Demonbreun/Midtown, Music Row, West End/Vanderbilt & Hillsboro Village are all a short drive or quick cab ride away. Also we include one role of toilet paper in each bathroom and also one role of paper towels to get you started.

Great location, but know this...

Corner of 2nd & Church, great location w/ a 2 block walk down 2nd to Broadway thru the construction zone of the 2020 bombing area, but the barricaded walk path makes it very convenient. Also, a small convenience store within a 1/2 block. Condo is as described, clean and modern and Micheal (the property manager on site) is readily available and extremely helpful with anything you may need. Be mindful that there is a 25 step stairway you must use to enter/exit the condo. A few things that could be easily added to better your stay... simple swinging doors on the mstr bath, even after 38 years, i'm not sitting on the toilet with my wife in the room & a simple chair in the mastr BR to aid in putting on shoes, ect., a mirror on the wall in 2nd BR, a narrow console table w/ a folding chair & mirror on wall for the 2nd downstairs bath because there is no room for a woman to spread out her cosmetics when getting ready, some throw blankets in the living rm to get comfortable due to the temp difference between upstairs & downstairs. (2 couples, 63 yrs old)

Perfect place for a 'boys tip' to nashville. The location is amazing, walk to everything....short walk to Nissan Stadium. Everything you need in right there. Check-in/out was a breeze. All the bedding and towels were brand new. Appliances were all new as well. Many thanks to our hosts !

Totally enjoyed our stay. The loft was very clean and comfortable. The location was superb!! Walking distance to everything. Two grocery markets within 2 blocks of the loft. Michael was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again.

Group of girls celebrating my daughters 21st birthday!

The property was great! Michael was super helpful. We did make a few suggestions to take it from great, to amazing! We had some issues with the code on the door and needed some assistance with that, we would've felt a little safer without any issues (but Michael assisted us asap). Some things added for convenience would be; more mirrors, so that you don't have to share the bathroom and master bedroom for everyone to get ready. Some hooks or a coat rack by the door would be nice, since the studio is so open and no closets, it becomes sloppy. A toaster oven would be great. A deadbolt on the emergency fire exit would have made us feel safer as well. These were minor details, but would have made this stay perfect. We all loved the place and would stay there again in a heartbeat!!! The location was awesome! Just blocks from Broadway, so we walked easily to and from the fun every day!! I would highly recommend this property!

Good but could have been better!

We had a good stay with our daughter and her husband but we had a few issues. For one our room didn’t feel private neither was our bathroom! Also the master bedroom was very warm compared to the rest of the house. There was no ventilation at all. I would suggest fans or a portable air conditioning unit in that room to solve the problem. In addition there was a surprise guest at 3am because all of the doors had the same entry codes and no room numbers on the doors. So some strange guy came in and woke us all up wondering were his buddies were and they were in a different unit with the same code. That was not cool! But really if they fix these few things I would have given them 5 stars because it was a really great place that was close to everything and we had a wonderful long weekend with our children!!

False in Advertising

You would think that the owner would have mentioned that the place has no windows that open for fresh air. Or that there is no elevator to take you to the unit. You have to climb steep long staircase that goes on forever. Dirty carpets in the hallway . Unit has zero privacy . No doors to the master bedroom or bath. Open window like cut outs on the bedroom with chandeliers hanging at eye level in your eyes hard to sleep without eye mask. So bring one. Kitchen lacks the most basic items ie cutting board a blender a coffee machine not one that uses pods without any coffee pods available. The loft open area was enclosed to make a second bedroom with a cut out opening to allow some type of natural light since there are NO windows at all in this storage unit that is deceitful in the way it is photographed and furnished. The window in the phot is just a view window that does not open and it overlooks a public parking area. The other side of the building is also next to another public garage. The main entrance is not to be used and the only access is the back door the open right into The open public garage area next to trash. This unit is located next to the bombing that took place few month ago. Major construction and repairs are underway in the few blocks around it and the building itself was impacted by the bombing. Perhaps the owner need to either disclose these facts or take this property of the market until it is suitable To rent and have proper ventilation. I doubt it is legal to rent a place that has no fresh air flowing into it . You can go ahead and book this place and see for yourself if you think this is just someone who is disgruntled and is taking the time to write a bad review. Which is not the case at all . I felt compelled to warn others not to fall for this trap like I did.

We stayed in the penthouse. We brought coworkers with us. We had to share a bath as there was only 1 shower for 4 adults. Upstairs loft had only a half bath...not really worthy of $1,000/day. All the plants need cleaning and the bedding is Dollar Store quality at best. That being said Michael, the Manager, was quick to deliver towels and fix TV’s. Although he did charge $100 for letting us in 3 hours early..which I thought was unnecessary as we were the only tenants there for the rental. Needs some updating.

Excellent location

This was a great way for my family to have a mini-reunion of sorts with the benefit of being very close to downtown and within walking distance of bars, restaurants and other major sites in downtown Nashville. Very quiet apartment with plenty of refrigerator and cooking space in a safe, well traveled area. Two separate bedrooms and bathrooms, a pull out couch and extra bathroom on main floor. A few very minor issues were quickly addressed and resolved by our contact, indicating good, responsive communication by the liaison. One example is that although there is a washer and dryer on premises, the dryer did not seem to be drying our clothes and the liaison was able to dry them in the other unoccupied apartment pending a repair. This was a fluke but again I want to emphasize the quick response and resolution. No special amenities are provided that I am aware of on a routine basis, but due to our late arrival the host provided us with some coffee basics upon request in case stores were not open at the time of our arrival. One minor suggestion would be to provide inexpensive lamps by the beds for those who need a bit more light at night to read by than the overhead light, and continue to provide a small amenities package of coffee pods or some similar token to greet guests as our host did for us, if this isn't something they normally provide. I would definitely stay here again because of our wonderful location experience in Nashville and the attentiveness/responsiveness of our liaison.

Great family trip for our son’s b’day celebration!

Enjoyed our stay, great location, and felt secure. I would suggest lamps on bedside table in bedrooms, only have over head lighting. Also, construction going on next door which started at 7:40am!!! But property manager had no control over that. Needed wash cloths, called Michael, had them within a few hrs!! Beds comfortable!!

Location and cleanliness excellent. No instructions on how to operate television system, and kitchen lacking some basic elements, cutting board, casserole dish, pot lids, tea towels, but Michael did bring us brand new wine glasses and tea towels and face cloths No TVs in the bedrooms, and no parking.

Awesome property, amazing management!!

The location and layout of this property are phenomenal! Michael, the property manager, felt that AC wasn’t working well, and stayed with us to check. Ultimately, he moved us into a different unit in the same property. It was awesome!!! Such a great place!!Everything about our stay was perfect!!!
