The building is stunning, very new. The unit itself is cute, tiny, and minimally stocked with items needed for a stay over 2 nights. The furniture was cute as was the decor. Only 1 hook per bathroom, created a problem to dry the ONE TOWEL per guest we were given (I asked for towels 3 times over our stay) we washed our towels on our own (not so fun on vacation) the only area in showers to store products are extremely small and things fell everywhere, also no shower bars or safety features, shaving was fun. The vent in master bath dripped almost constantly, told management, they ignored it. The doors do not close properly unless you lift up and push up. The kitchen is indeed minimally stocked, items to cook are there, but no ingredients at all, even salt. The garbage disposal is not working, could not figure it out. We were only offered/left 1 roll of paper towels for 5 nights. We had to buy additional paper towels and toilet paper, the variety stocked is single ply. The furniture on the balcony is stained and molded. The place was clean upon check in and semi responsive with questions, as I stated asked numerous times for more, never delivered. The ground and pool are lovely, bring your own towels!! There are none offered for guests, I think we prefer more Vrbo type properties because itâs like home. This felt like a hotel without the service. Designed to only slept in.
