'I loved experiencing a more traditional inn while staying in Japan. This location is perfect for a relaxing and quiet getaway. I had no issues with communication, and the check-in process was easy. '

'Room is big with 2 beds that could fit 2 persons each so me and my daughter slept comfortably. However, had the beds been a western single there could be more floor space for luggage and walking. Our bidet was faulty (runs out of water quickly so button had to be pressed often) but I didn’t let that bother me. Location is very convenient, in front of a major street, making me feel like a local but close/walkable to a lot of tourist sites. Lots of convenience stores around and bus stops are 1-2...

'The check at reception a friendly lady helped us very well to check in. The only advice I have is to clean a little better the room (some places are a bit dusty in the appartment). I can recommend this place for anybody else. Everything is close by, rent a bike, bike to the temples or visit the market which is a walking distance from Minn Sanjo. '

'Check-in was very easy! Room was spacious! Close to a lot of tourist attractions 10-20min walks! train station nearby. Bath takes awhile to fill so plan ahead for that! Be prepared to have cash for your deposit of the room :)'

'This has everything you need for a short stay and is in a nice neighbourhood with a Lawson next door. We chose the location as we had an event at Rohm Theatre. It was an easy walk to the theatre and nearby shrine. Room was clean and spacious with own laundry, kitchenette and loved the bathroom. Water pressure was amazing! Whilst not in the centre of Kyoto it had great transport connections. We used the bus a lot. Thank you for a great stay!'

'Property is in a great location, right next to the Aeon Mall and Kyoto station. Easy access to transportation and dining option. Property was clean and has all the needed amenities, including a kitchen. Front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. Thank you for a great stay.'
