The rooms are large, which is a real plus. The beds were super comfortable, as long as you find the extra blankets hidden in drawers. Bathroom was fine. The kitchen was only very basically equipped- no fish slice, no bowls, no coffee plunger. The cabins have a 1960’s feel in terms of finish, kitchen cupboards etc.

The doors need a little tweeking, they are hard to close and during the night wake everyone up if someone is getting up to use the bathroom. Also the pots need replacing, very old. Price is a little on the high side for a two bedroom,Other than that, overall a nice place to stay. Lovely food in the restaurant, and service fast.

It is a cabin style motel. There is a Bistro on site for convenient meal option. Good for short stay, location is a bit outskirt of town, car parking is ok too.

This was a nice quiet place to stay, the studio unit was adequate for a couple, clean. Staff were helpful and friendly and the meal at the restaurant was very nice

The room was ok. But access is bit mess. Reception is through the cafe/bar.

The property was in a convenient area, wasn’t too bad overall there were a few dislikes the couches were broken pretty much sitting on the floor, Beds were very hard and pillows need to be upgraded, No milk for tea and coffee and over an hour wait for dinner at the pub for over $300 a night you would expect decent furniture in the rooms

First time travelers staying in a an Inn as a family. Usually stay with family but this was exciting for sure. Air consitiong was amazing! Very lovely Housekeeper. Very helpful young man at tye check in desk. Will definitely come again😊

If you don't expect much you won't be disappointed. The rooms were very basic and in poor condition and the cleaning service was a bit of a joke, I actually had to remake the beds properly.

Totally disorganized. No room service the whole time we were there. We had to ask for clean towels each day. No linen change on the bed. Mix up with rooms when we arrived and we were put in cabins instead of what we thought were going to be rooms inside. The photo of the hotel and surroundings was nothing like it looked in the advert on Expedia. We were there 2 days before they rang to see if we had checked in. We arrived at night and noone was there. Won't go back there again

The unit was a surprise for the better as the reception in the hotel was a bit sus at first. There was no computer booking, only in a book. I did not like the fact they photocopied my eftpos card and drivers license. I have been told since that they did not need to do that. The unit was a surprise as it was at the back and away from the hotel. It was sufficent for what we needed and the bed was comfy. It was a king size which was nice. The bathroom was lovely except the floor of the shower was a bit slippery. Maybe a non slip tile would be safer under the shower. It was quiet as we were away from the traffic noise. Good car parking area, right next door to the unit.

The property and the staff were very pleasing and kept the place clean and tidy on time at regular basis. Would definitely recommend a good place to stay close to the city/ beach on a budget with a great pub/ restaurant on site.

Wifi does not work. reported to reception and was told that manager would check the unit shortly. No one turned up whole time. the condition of the unit (family unit) is rather poor including near collapsing sofa. in comparision with price paid, it is a rip off. overall should not be on the market ! thorough disappointment.

The unit was neat,tidy and clean Due to the thunder /lightning the TV lost signal and did not come back. We reported this to management who tried to fix it but unknowing to them all units were out. We felt not enough was done to rectify the problem and was still out the next morning on departure- not good enough.
