'My stay had many positive aspects, but unfortunately also one very troubling incident. The service from Anju and Abishek at the restaurants was exceptional—professional, kind, and always attentive. Anju, especially, truly stood out with her warmth and dedication. If I could rate the staff alone, they would absolutely deserve five stars.
The issue occurred at reception upon our arrival. We were charged an amount for the domestic flight, transfers, and taxes that did not match the expected total...

'We loved our stay here- Silva and the rest of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and we had great excursions to see a variety of animals. The downstairs lounge was a beautiful place to relax and eat. Beach access is just a short walk and was scenic and not busy at all during our stay. Highly recommend!'
