Not “All-Inclusive” – Very Misleading for the Price
We booked an all-inclusive package only to discover at the resort that it was highly restricted.
You only have access to selected restaurants, meals are limited to three courses, and the drinks menu is extremely basic. The wines included in the package were very low quality (roughly $5–$10 bottle range), and cocktails were noticeably watered down.
If this were a few hundred per night, I would consider it acceptable. However, at over €1,000 per night, this is completely unreasonable. What’s more concerning is that once at the resort, we were told that a “full” all-inclusive package existed - but required paying a significant additional amount per person, per night. This was never clearly communicated at booking.
Activities on the island were also priced excessively high, which made the overall experience feel transactional rather than premium.
The food quality was average at best, and service was often slow.
On the positive side:
The villa and island are beautiful, spacious, and offer great privacy. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
However, communication issues started from day one. Our seaplane transfer was booked incorrectly twice, despite providing exact flight details in advance. A friend had warned me about similar issues from their stay 1–2 years ago, and unfortunately the same problems persist.
I will avoid Radisson properties in the future
