« Overall service was excellent. However, there are just 2 restaurants. While only 1 serve dinner during weekday. The restaurant name steak and bone, yet there isn’t really steak. It seems to be over price. I stay at floor 11 (closely highest floor) below either fountain or kids water play ground and it is so noisy at night. I was told that it will turn off at night, but all night long can hear the water that comes can’t sleep well. Another thing, the room temp can be set @22C. But it is so...

« The day before my stay, I contacted the property via WhatsApp to confirm check‑in details. I was told everything was fine and to call again once I arrived onsite. About ten minutes later, they messaged me saying they did not have the room type I had booked and fully paid for months in advance. They gave me no alternative solution and simply told me to cancel through Expedia — even though the booking clearly stated that cancellation would result in most of the payment being withdheld. I tried...
