« I had a good stay until the last day of my trip when I had a package delivered and front desk staff were very off about the package information. Please do better, was so humiliated in the front desk asking for my package and the staff responded with ‘No package under your name came’ repeatedly with guests all around watching. « We enjoyed so much our stay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the staff are very professional and helpful. They offered us a packed breakfast as we had to leave before 6am, and also offered to use the facilities after checkout time to shower before going to the airport. We recommend it 100% »

« Globally excellent 4 night stay. Our room was facing the back so it was quiet. The mattress was a bit too soft for us, but had no problems sleeping. Had a problem with their in-house laundry service; i think the drying temperature was too high as several of our clothes shrunk too much - true we did not inform them to be careful of delicate clothes, but unusual to see some shrinking in clothes we normally have dried with a dryer at home. »
