Rules & Policies

• Minimum age to rent is 25, and we do not rent to locals.
• Valid government-issued ID verification and signed rental agreement are required to complete all bookings.
• No pets allowed.
• No smoking in the condo or on the property – $500 fee for violations.
• No house parties or groups under age 25.
• Check-in time is 4 PM; check-out time is 10 AM. Delays may occur during peak season.
