I was unsure where to park to unload. The person I talked with told me several different things. She had difficulty clearly explaining what and where to go. When I was finally able to park in the horseshoe area and go to the condo to get the parking pass and key card to get into the parking structure, there was no key card. I asked several times, and made more than one phone call to determine where I could park. I was finally able to locate a security team member who assured me I could park where I was. The person on the phone continued to tell me I could not park there. The view from the room was great. The room itself was just ok, the shower was not clean, and there were a lot of little things that could be fixed easily to make it much better. Overall it was OK, but it took me over 2 hours to ensure that I could park where I was. Security told me I needed the keycard to get into many of the doors and areas and to make sure they got me one. I did not get the key card until day 2 in the late afternoon/evening. It was supposed to be there between 12 and 1. No communication that they were not going to get it to me until later.
