Captains Quarters D23 - This second floor condominium features a view of the Atlantic Ocean and largest pool in the Litchfield by the Sea Community. The open floor plan allows great views throughout the dining, living area, and kitchen areas. The living area has sliding glass doors that open to the balcony and view. Bedroom 1 features a king bed, and a sliding glass door that opens to the covered oceanfront balcony. The private bath has a vanity with two sinks, a garden tub and a separate walk-in shower. Both guest bedrooms have queen beds and private bathrooms with tub/shower combinations. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Other amenities include multiple TVs, assigned covered parking under the building. Guests can enjoy the Shipyard Village amenities - large pool and cabana, hot tub, picnic/grill areas, beach access and Litchfield by the Sea amenities - tennis/pickleball courts, miles of walking/jogging/bike paths, fishing lake, marsh overlook.

A Convenience Linen Package is included with your rental! Just show up and the beds will already be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are all included.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.

Captains Quarters is located in the oceanfront Shipyard Village community at Litchfield by the Sea. Shipyard Village offers a large pool complex with hot tub and cabana with bathrooms.

Litchfield by the Sea is a gated beachfront community with over seven miles of walking paths through beautiful natural surroundings of salt marshes, creeks, lakes and lushly planted gardens with fountains. There are seven lighted tennis courts, a fishing pier, covered dock, and marsh overlook with floating dock.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
