This 2BR/2BA Condo located in Bldg. 1 in Yacht Club Villas is beautifully decorated and is perfect for your vacation getaway. When you walk into the Foyer, you will feel right at home. The freshly painted condo has been updated with new flooring throughout and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked to cook all of your meals. The dining room has plenty of seating for everyone and there is a breakfast bar for easy meals for the kids. The living room is very spacious and has comfortable couches and even a chaise lounge for relaxing. The balcony is right off the living room with amazing views of the Waterway, Barefoot Landing, the Marina and much more. You can even sit out there in the summer and watch the fireworks display on Monday evenings at Barefoot Landing.

The first bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds. Each bedroom has their own private bathroom as well. All the rooms have Flat Screen TVs in them and there is free Wi-Fi access in the building.

There is a new washer/dryer in the unit too if you need to do your laundry. The pool area is located at the North Tower and is only a short walk away. You do need a special pass to access the pool and we will give you all the information at check-in. The pool is one of the largest pools in SC and has hot tubs to enjoy as well.

In the summer months, there is a free shuttle that you can take to the beach that runs every hour. A schedule will be included in your arrival package. This property is located right on the Waterway and is close to Barefoot Landing which has lots of restaurants, shops and attractions to enjoy.
