CARAVELLE RESORT is conveniently located on "THE GOLDEN MILE" of beautiful sandy beach in the North Part of Myrtle Beach between the city of Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. You will be just 2 blocks from Highway 17, which is the main road that runs along the beaches, a 5-10 minute drive from downtown, restaurants, shopping, most attractions and the airport.

This beautiful OCEANVIEW one bedroom condo sleeps 6. Offering 2 double beds in the bedroom and a full size Murphy wall bed in the living room, there is plenty of room for everyone. The view from the balcony will take your breath away! Enjoy your morning coffee listening to the seagulls sing with waves crashing on the beach. The magical sunrises on the Golden Mile are worth getting up early for! This unit comes with a FULL KITCHEN which is FULLY EQUIPPED with everything that you would need to cook & dine in at the beach.

After a long day at the beach or site seeing, relax in the LIVING/DINING ROOM which is decorated in beach tones, mounted 55" Flat Panel High Def Smart TV & seats 4 at the Dining Table in front of sliding glass doors to the amazing Ocean View.

CANCELLATIONS THAT ARE MADE MORE THAN THIRTY DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL WILL BE REFUNDED 50% OF THE DOWN PAYMENT. CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES THAT RESULT IN A SHORTENED STAY, THAT ARE MADE WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL, FORFEIT ALL MONIES PAID UNLESS THE CONDO IS REBOOKED FOR THE SAME RENTAL DATES & RATE. IF THE PROPERTY IS REBOOKED FOR THE RENTAL DATES (PARTIALLY OR FULLY) A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE RATE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO REBOOK THE PROPERTY FOR AT THE LAST MINUTE, MINUS A $100 CANCEL FEE.

IN CASE OF A HURRICANE, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THERE IS A "MANDATORY" EVACUATION ORDER GIVEN FOR THE AREA THAT THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN. AT THAT TIME, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY UNUSED PORTION OF RENT FROM DATE EVACUATION ORDER STARTS TO THE DATE THE EVACUATION ORDER IS LIFTED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN OUTSIDE OF THE EVACUATION ORDER DATES.
