'This hotel would be family except we went on a weekend and were told we couldn't be there with our 1 year old because it was only 21 and up after 11am. They had a DJ for 8 hours that was so loud we heard it in our room that faced the pool the entirety of the day until 7pm. Not great for a child that needs to nap. We had a corner king which was nice but did g seem super clean, the desk in the room was coated in a layer of dust, the glass cup by the sink was dirty and we kept find long dark black...

'The hotel was very accommodating for me for the weekend. I wish the lightening was better in the room and bathroom. The bathroom only has 1 outlet and wish there were more. Overall , would stay here again'

'A/C in our room on the 9th floor was horrible. We ultimately had to switch to another floor where there was a total difference for the good. Staff was a little non-chalant and mentioned multiple times that the property was an old property.'

Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. Nicely furnished rooms (many of them themed) and movie memorabilia make the hotel my favourite place to stay in Dallas '

Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'
