« Friendly staff »

« We spent a good night in that hotel, »

« Check-in desk agents were wonderful and very knowledgeable about the area. »

« Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included, but not as good as we had hoped. »

« Good location but price for what is is no! Breakfast was a joke and as others have shared taking cold showers is not acceptable at a hotel front staff hanged up on me when I had to call twice regarding refund status..😞 »

« The first room that we were assigned to had a TV that didn't work properly and an air conditioner that did not work well either. The changed us to another room. The second room had a TV that took some getting used to. They really need a better set up for the TV services that they are providing, as well as a guild to what channels are available. »

« This was by far one of the nicest places we have stayed in. »

« The staff at the front desk, at the buffet, and in general were very pleasant and helpful. Especially the bartenders and front desk. Also, the evening buffet was greatly appreciated. »
