'Great location, amazing staff, clean facilities and overall great experience. Has our small dog with us and Ashley at the desk walked up welcomed us and made sure we gas everything we need. The only knock i would have is the breakfast on a sunday morning was just a couple pastries and Greek yogurt. '

'Older property but clean and nicely appointed. Refrigerator, microwave, wi fi, desk. Located in downtown Los Gatos, very walkable to shops, cafe, and points of interest. Parking was very tight but nice to have in downtown Los Gatos. The property advertises electrical vehicle chargers. However, the one non-Tesla charger did not work. :-( '

'The room was clean and a good size. It didn’t feel small. The gym was modest but functional. The downside was the restaurant was closed during the holidays so we had to eat at Parkside instead. That was a very pleasant dining experience so we weren’t disappointed. The proximity of the hotel to downtown Los Gatos was ideal. We walked everywhere and thoroughly enjoyed it. All in all a fantastic stay and we look forward to returning, especially when the restaurant is open. '

'Very new and nice! They have a really nice rooftop area with a TV and tables to eat. The check in staff was very nice and accommodating. It’s on the outer skirts of downtown San Jose so not near much, but a short drive to eateries and close to San Jose State. Great for parents visiting their kids that attend the University.'

'I was pleasantly surprised at how perfectly clean the room was kept. Cleanliness is the number one factor for my enjoyment of a hotel room. The man who checked me in was very pleasant and helpful (South Asian with a British accent). He saw me coming out of my room on the day I checked out and ran up to carry my bag down the stairs. It would be nice to have some breakfast snacks in the mornings but overall, I would definitely stay here again.'

'I was very pleased to find the Woodcrest. Over the years I have stayed at most of the chain hotels in the Bay Area, and found them all over priced a disappointing. The Woodcrest offers large rooms in a location right next to the "Main Street Cupertino" area so has a great a variety of restaurants in short walking distance, including the excellent Country Inn for breakfast. All at much better prices than the big brands.'
