'The staff and the room were great. There was some noise from the people above me that made it slightly less enjoyable of a stay, but overall not bad. Valet in pretty much a must at this place which I’m not a fan of especially since I had to retrieve my own vehicle in the morning since the attendant wasn’t on duty yet and the staff is a skeleton crew in the morning. I was not able to enjoy my free drink since it was storming, but I loved the courtyard and atmosphere of the property. '

'Climate in the room was consistently comfortable. Very clean facility all around. Staff were very polite and helpful in area recommendations. Only one disappointment….the shower water was not hot, just warm!'

'Great service, people, location and overall experience! The room itself could use some TLC. Also, to order from the Concorde, you have to walk to the register. It would be awesome to have a QR code for the room to order. Overall a great stay and we will definitely be back!'
