'Pleasantly Surprised! Clean, Comfortable, and Better Than Expected I was pleasantly surprised by our stay at Sleep Inn in Hannibal. I wasn’t expecting much from this category of hotel, but it exceeded my expectations. The property was very clean, nicely maintained, and inviting. Our room had two double beds that were fairly firm, as most hotel beds seem to be. I prefer a softer mattress, but they were more comfortable than expected, and I slept well. The pillows were comfortable, and the...

'The bathroom floor was not clean. There was hair in the shower from a previous guest and the toilet was not 100% clean.'

'Average, Sheets and blankets questionable on clean.'

'Everything about our stay was a great experience. The first impression of the room layout and function was a step above. Very bougie!! Elegant. I will book again'

'Room was ok, about what would be expected at this price point. It was clean and quiet, older hotel. Had some difficulty with check-in as room was prepaid through Expedia and hotel could not get payment to process. Staff was extremely apologetic and tried to assist as much as possible, but ultimately required me being involved and taking 45 minutes to resolve.'

'Reservering onvindbaar moeilijk aan balie Goed ontbijt'

'Was fijn, heel vriendelijk personeel.'

'Very nice room with view of the Mississippi River. In quaint part of Hannibal. Loved it.'

'I’m so glad I stayed at this charming and historic bed & breakfast just a few blocks away from the riverfront in my favorite little old town of Hannibal. Everything was within walking distance and it felt a little like going back in time. I highly recommend the Garden House B&B for the authentic Hannibal experience!'

'The facility needs to be updated. If you're looking for a vintage feel with what looks like moldy caulk in the shower, rusty drains, a leaky shower head, thread worn bedding, and buckling laminate flooring, this is your place. I guess I can't complain for the price point, but if I would have known how bad it was I would have booked my stay elsewhere. The pool looked like it needed fresh water and to be circulated. The breakfast offerings were stomach turning to say the least. I'm thankful to...

'The property value for price paid was fairly reasonable. We had two rooms rented & appreciated the desk attendant getting us across the hall from each other. Our bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well, which we did let them know about.'

'The property is in a country setting. It was quite and peaceful. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We slept well and enjoyed our stay.'

'The shower handle was flopping in and out. The soap was cheap. No tissues The breakfast was just terrible. The orange juice was 95% water, no hot cereal, coffee machine was not functioning. I had a small bowl of stale Raisin Bran and a glass of water'

'It would have been nice to have a vending machine with soda and candy. Also, the breakfast was good, but minimal. The woman that checked us in Saturday afternoon was very kind and helpful. I wish I had remembered her name, but we checked in on Saturday, October 17 around 430 pm. The entire hotel, lobby and room, were very clean and well organized. We enjoyed our stay.'

'There were full trash cans and old dishes from room service near our room the entire time we were there. I reported it in the evening and everything was still there the next morning. Not a real good look!'
