'Impossible to sleep due to deafening street noise I had a terrible stay here and got almost zero sleep. To be fair, the hotel room itself and the staff are not the problem—they were perfectly fine. The issue is entirely the hotel's location and a severe lack of soundproofing. Motorists were zooming past the hotel the entire night. 'Stayed here for a night to transfer my grandson. Expected nothing but clean - no amenities. Front desk was really nice and responsive. Stayed on 2nd floor which smelled like weed. To the point the window was open at the end of the hallway until the following morning. Left dead bolt in door to get ice and it wouldn't retract. Front desk stated it was an electrical problem and gave me a work around. Opened refrigerator and it literally fell on the floor. Still working lol. Nightstand lamp sockets...

'The room was filled with stains. The property was not updated. It reaked from guests smoking marijuana. I would not recommend this hotel.'

'I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The biggest issue was the front desk employee who worked at check-in. She was incredibly rude and should not be working in customer service. She spoke disrespectfully not only to me but to every guest I witnessed her interacting with. One of her comments was that I was “not their guest until I checked in,” and because of that I was told I couldn’t use the pool or any of the hotel’s amenities while waiting.
