'The staff was very helpful and friendly and check-in was quick. The room itself was clean and the street noise barely discernible. The bed sank in in the middle however. The mattress definitely needs replacing (511). The only other thing I disliked was that someone started vacuuming at about 6 AM in the floors above us!
