The management there has no problem, completely changing or canceling your confirmed booking at their whim. I planned an anniversary trip there and reserved a king bed. When I called a few hours before we were getting there for them to put flowers and champagne in the room, the person at the front desk said, “I just want to warn you. We only have two twin beds.“ I begged if there was anything that they could do. I said how very important this was and how the majority of the trip revolved around the stay there. They said take it or we cancel your reservation. They were mean, entitled, and honestly, the place isn’t even that nice. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone.
