'Communicatiin was great, check in was super easy, easy to find, private, flat parking, cute inside and out, ac worked great.If i could say 1 thing, the shower was super small and not intended for anyone large. But otherwise it was a fabulous experience and we would definately come back!! '

'This place was great! I could sit on the porches all day! The best thing about sitting in the porches is that I didn’t notice any mosquitoes, I think the bat population from the caverns in Blanchard springs near by keep the mosquito population low. I also used the fire pit to eat hot dogs and s’mores one night. My children, 5 and 11 year olds loved it as well. I plan on staying here there again in future. '

'We would love to stay again. You really need a truck or higher vehicle (as of July 2025) because of a couple of patches of very rocky road. It worked for us as we have a Subaru. Absolutely beautiful area. Completely quiet and peaceful, surrounded by trees. Great outdoor decks, grill, fire pit, and seating to enjoy. We walked to the water to swim. Inside very nice and clean. 'There was nothing bad to say about this place! It is beautiful and the owners are lovely people that live on the property. We had a family reunion of 12 and it worked perfectly. 6 adults, 6 children from 10-18 years old. Communication was excellent. We were able to go out and explore the surrounding areas and come back to relax on the spacious decks and porches. We had a family of raccoons visit nightly and 3 little cotton tails greeted us as we arrived. The river was very high when we came so...
