'Great Hotel Came to stay one night for a funeral. Me & my best friend had 2 rooms reserved. We call & asked for connecting rooms & due to me having a suite n her having normal room we couldn’t, but we were allowed an early check in at 2pm to help us. Then when we came to actually check in they updated my friend’s room to a suite so we could have a joining rooms. The lady checking us in was so so nice. My room was perfect. I was excited for a hotel WITHOUT CARPET. It makes the room so much...

'Love staying here, such easy access to the Gorge and Natural Bridge. Always convenient and easy to deal with. Always a place I keep in mind when I’m staying in the area.'

'Remote/TV had issues changing channels Phone didn’t work Water pressure bathroom sink was very low Noise from room above very loud on two separate nights. Sounded like kids running and jumping.'

'I had a good communicatian'

'The pictures that are advertised are not the reality once you get there. The rooms are dated and didn't even have a coffee maker. Some of the outlets and appliances didn't work.'

'Our room was great! It was clean, and the sheets were amazing! The beds were comfortable and we slept great.'
