Negatief: Voorzieningen, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
I booked this property over others for the fact that it had a hot breakfast, as advertised, and a fitness area, as advertised. Upon arrival I learned that the pool, and fitness area were closed and under construction. By the looks of it, it has been under remodel for a while. This was not expressed in the profile.
When we got up the next morning and went down for breakfast, we learned that it is in fact, a continental breakfast. No hot breakfast was to be served. There are even artwork pictures hung above the food area depicting hot breakfast items. Pictures on the profile and wording Said that there was a hot breakfast.
The two main items that I booked this hotel for, ended up not being present.
During the course of my 5-day stay, our room was overrun by ants. Front desk staff told me that there were no maintenance people on staff presently and they could not do anything about it but move us to a different room... But unfortunately there were no other rooms.
Additionally, key cards to the rooms would deactivate every time we left our room. I had our key cards redone six times.
Although this was not the worst stay I've experienced at a hotel, it was pretty bad.
