"Underwhelming breakfast: all times packaged except cereal. Fake OJ, packaged burritos, choc muffins, 3 types cereal, packaged instant hot cereal; apples. Enough for a light start to the day. Strict policy on dogs; yet a small yapper woke all up at 5:30am. Itâs the owners of course that ruin it for ..."

"I could have stayed here forever. This place is well equipped with all of the comforts of home, and then some. The screened in porch is beyond comfy and a great place to hang out. If you're looking for a peaceful place to stay while you're in Hot Springs, this is it!"
