« We cannot recommend this place enough!! It was an absolutely fantastic reserve with great food, luxurious accommodation with personalised touches, and in an idyllic setting. Our ranger was brilliant and took us on exciting paths making sure we got as close as possible to the animals. The exceptional customer service from the warm and welcoming staff really made this stay the highlight of our trip - it was a pleasure to meet such lovely people. »

« Located in the upper street of Mossel bay, the hotel is a modern one. The rooms are clean with a view. The breakfast is good.
Just be careful if you have heavy luggage as there are stairs to go from one level to another with no elevator. »

« I really liked the staaf, they were very helpfull and friendly.
The room was basic but nice and clean. The area around the hostel felt really poor and insafe at night, so we stayed in the hostel during that time of the day. »

« The room and grounds were very nice. Excellent view of the ocean bay. Check-in and checkout process was very convenient. On-sight restaurant was convenient and the food was very good. The free breakfast delivered to the room was a very nice touch. »
