"My room was billed as nonsmoking but it was obvious that in the past it had been a smoking room as the lingering smell of cigarettes was obvious. Also, cigrette butts littered the grounds and hallways. The motel is listed as pet friendly but the $10 per day fee is not mentioned. Otherwise I was surprised at the quality of the lodging which was better than I have come to expect from a "budget friendly" establishment."

"The property was convenient to shopping and dining. They had a continental breakfast which was nice. The staff was great. what I didn't like was it wasn't enough parking spaces. The room needed some extra cleaning. The refrigerator and microwave needed cleaning. The carpet needed vacuum. The sheets had spots on them. The comforter had a burnt hole on it. mirror needed cleaning. "

"Our event was in Biloxi. We chose this facility because it was in a safer crime area thannthe beach hotels. The only issue was the people above us the first night banged, slammed doors or whatever but the staff was excellent. Would stay again"

"The hotel rooms have been renovated and are very nice. Super clean rooms!!! They have not yet renovated the hallways and elevator, but the rooms are way better than I thought!! I am a picky person and was weary, but just needed a place to rest and yes I would go again. "

"The property is well equipped and maintained. I received my check in credentials prior to arrival and had no problems. There was a Gale force storm that lasted approximately 12 hours and did some minor damage to the house. It was extremely easy to contact the property manager to alert them to the damage."

"Beautiful property with an excellent setup for our group! The house was well stocked with everything we needed for the week. So many games for the kids and lots of room. We had a great week and the owners were amazing. We encounter a small problem and they were available to get us help immediately. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! I hope we will be back!"
