'I should’ve known something was wrong when there were no cars parked in front of the building. I had reserved the room for my elderly mother and father, the walk was too far from the front entrance. The back entrance was not locked and anyone could enter. That’s just not safe! '

'We always stay at this hotel when visiting ETSU. Very clean, great breakfast and every one of the staff are friendly. You can tell they enjoy working there because you hear how friendly they are with each other as well. We don’t stay anywhere else.'

'I didn’t even sleep after I enter the room. It wasn’t save for my child. Roaches, AC loud, blind rip apart, door looks like see through. At the back of the room door it has Max big d*ck. Imagine you have a child, will you want your child see those. Nope. They still charge me even though I didn’t sleep there with all those things I saw '

'Nice place, pool a little smaller then imagined but was still nice indoor/outdoor pool. Room was nice and spacious. Bed was ok, pillows were probably our biggest complaint, not very comfortable. '

'Tried to charge me 11$ more than the price I was given online when I made the reservation. I showed him the confirmation email and he then refused to rent me a room all together over me wanting him to honor the price I had already confirmed online. Did so by using various hand signs because his English was less than understandable. Terrible experience and the place appeared to be filthy going by what the parking lot and lobby looked like. I don't imagine the rooms being any better but never...
