'Goede plek om Parijs te bezoeken. Vlak bij metro en restaurantjes in de nabijheid. Appartement is goed. Slaapkamer in souterrain voelt wat benauwd aan. Staat constant een anti condens te draaien. Derde bed op gelijkvloers is niet erg comfortabel. Lakenset daarvan was niet krakend schoon. Al met al wel aan te bevelen om op een leuke manier Parijs te bezoeken!'

'The flat was great.'Cozy' is a charming word for small, but it was enough room for us. The location might be the best thing about this listing. It was right in the middle of everything, but because the flat is in the back of the building, there was absolutely no street noise.Besides the drain in the bathroom being a little funky (depending on the time of day), the only other inconvenience was how far the walk is to obtain and leave the keys. Not a huge deal though.But this place was great!'

'This Flat was perfect. Located in a safe and central area. Room as clean and nicely furnished. I would recommend this Flat. Owners were also responsive whenever we needed to communicate with them. '

'The apartment was as described. Neighborhood is ideal, close to everything. Ground floor courtyard is a bonus because it was quiet and no stairs to navigate with suitcases. The apartment is a small studio. I can’t imagine cooking in the kitchen it’s that small. Bed and pillows were comfortable. We did not use sofa bed other than to sit on. Shower was good. Apartment was clean but a little worn and “grubby”. Could use a few amenities like coat hooks so you can hang outdoor coats and another...

'Well, it's as advertised and in a great location. AC, Heat, Washer, drying rack, iron, stove top, dishes, coffee machines etc. For 2 older men with 2 very large suitcases, it's very small. For younger and less luggage, perfect! But we had a great time and would recommend it! Eh bien, c’est comme annoncé et super bien situé. 'Water was dripping from ceiling over kitchen counter, floor all covered in water. Celiing light about to fall off. Front door stuck, very hard to open. No wifi at all, a wifi code was given but did not work.'
